This popular one-day program from Aspire, the specialists in Coaching and Leadership development for women, is designed for senior women leaders who want to take a pro-active and strategic look at their progress in 2010 and the challenges ahead in 2011.

This seminar is a day to remove yourself from the physical environment and daily responsibilities of your workplace to reflect on the 'bigger picture' and where you want to go, without interruption. As we have to be largely operational in today’s climate, the strategic element tends to become a luxury and taking the time to think and plan your year is time well spent.
